Are variations and small imperfections normal? 

Handmade imperfections = Character

Because each TonTon piece is shaped and finished by hand, small variations are part of the process — not flaws. These natural characteristics are what make every piece one of a kind, and they are not considered defects.

You may notice:

• Tiny pinholes or bubbles in the glaze
• Subtle surface texture or brushstroke marks
• Slight color variations between pieces in the same collection 
• Small differences in weight, size, or shape

Are pieces food-safe / dishwasher-safe / microwave-safe?

Yes! All TonTon pieces are food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe. For longevity, we recommend hand-washing.
